Oven-baked Pork Loin in Potato Pancake

potatoes 14 oz (400 g) • onion 3.5 oz (100 g) • all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g) • chicken egg 1 pc • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 3.25 tbsp (50 ml) • salt 1 tsp • marjoram 1 tsp • garlic 3 cloves
Peel and grate potatoes. Peel the onion, grate and add to the potatoes. Pour a little flour, add eggs, milk, salt, marjoram and pressed garlic. Blend well.

Spread part of potato batter in the bottom of baking dish. Place first steak, cover with batter, place second steak, cover with batter...

... place third one and cover with batter again. Only parts of meat bones stick out.

Bake in preheated oven at 355°F (180°C) for 45 minutes up to an hour. Cut warm meal into the portions, so every cut is leading behind the meat and beneath it.

Serve freshly baked, immedately after cooling to serving temperature.
