1. 

chicken egg 3 pcs

Cook hard-boiled eggs. Meantime prepare and slice remaining material.

onion 1 pc  sterilized sour cucumber 3 pcs  lean salami 10.5 oz (300 g)  corn sterilized 9.5 oz (270 g)

Cut onion, cucumber, eggs into small pieces, ham (or lean salami) into strips. Add sterilized sweet corn without brine.

salt 0.5 tsp  ground white pepper 0.25 tsp  ketchup 3 tbsp  vinegar 0.5 tbsp  worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp  tatar sauce 8.75 oz (250 g)  olive oil 2 tbsp

Add salt, pepper, ketchup. vinegar, oil, Worcester sauce and finally tartar sauce.

Mix everything together, put in the fridge and after a while serve with fresh pastries, or as a side dish to meat.
