1. 

beetroot 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash the beet and cook with its hull until it is soft.

2. 

lemon-juice

Scalp the beets after cooling, cut in to little cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.

3. 

lean salami 10.5 oz (300 g)  chicken egg 4 pcs  sterilized sour cucumber 5 pcs

Next cut salami, boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers very thinly.

4. 

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 5.25 oz (150 g)  mayonnaise 5.25 oz (150 g)  salt  ground black pepper  lemon-juice  sugar granulated

Then mix all the ingredients together add salt and pepper. Pour cream, mayonnaise and mix again. Add a bit of lemon juice or a bit of sugar. Put away to the refrigerator.
