beetroot 1.8 lb (800 g)
Wash the beetroot, cook it in water to tender (depending on the size in about 1 - 1.5 hours), let cool and peel it.
Grate the beetroot into slices, add sugar, salt, caraway and mix.
celery 3.5 oz (100 g)
Clean the celery, wash and grate it finely. Add to the beetroot.
pear 14 oz (400 g)
Wash the pears, remove the core and cut them into small pieces.
Add to salad.

Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the salad. Stir and let rest in the cold for 24 hours.
