1. 

beetroot 10.5 oz (300 g)

Peel the beetroot and cook it in boiling water until tender for about 55 minutes.

2. 

Slice it first and then cut into small cubes.

3. 

italian salad 5.25 oz (150 g)  salt  Ziegenkäse 3.5 oz (100 g)  olive oil

Place leaves of Italian salad into a bowl. Add cubes of beetroot and goat cheese cut into cubes. We can season it slightly with salt and sprinkle with olive oil.
