sunflower seeds3.5oz100grams

1. 

raisins 5.25 oz (150 g)

Pour the cold water over the raisins, discard the water, pour water again and discard the water again (so wash them).

2. 

mineral water  6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add mineral water into the raisins and let it rest in fridge for two hours.

sunflower seeds 3.5 oz (100 g)

Grind the sunflower seeds.

Peel the apples and roughly grate it. Drip with lemon juice and blend it.

Pour both kind of ground seeds into the deeper bowl. With the hand blender mix the raisins into the mash. Do not discard the mineral water.

7. 

pumpkin oil 0.25 oz (10 g)

Add raisin mash into the bowl, add oil and mix again.

8. 

oat flakes 1.75 oz (50 g)

Finely grind the flakes and blend into the mass in a bowl properly with hand blender.

9. 

Evenly spread the mass on doubled aluminium foil into the shape of rectangle 32x28 cm and press.

10. 

Squeeze the apples well and spread over the mass. Press...

11. 

... and with the help of aluminium foil roll the roulade.

12.

Replace the roulade on the tray, sprinkle with almond crisps and let it cool for minimum 4 hours. It is best after 24 hours of cooling.

13. 

Cut the roulade ad serve. One portion has energetic value 120 kcal.
