lime sauce0.5tbsp½tablespoon

rapeseed oil1tsp1teaspoon
sunflower oil6.75tbsp100milliliters
water5.25tbsp80milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

banana 15.75 oz (450 g)  apples 8.5 oz (240 g)  sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

First, add oil to the blender and gradually mix the prepared bananas and apples.

2. 

dried plums 3.5 oz (100 g)  raisins 3.5 oz (100 g)  water 5.25 tbsp (80 ml)

Add sliced plums and raisins. Mix roughly.

3. 

ground almonds 3.5 oz (100 g)  lime sauce 0.5 tbsp  ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp

Add ground almonds, cinnamon and lime juice into the dough.

4. 

bicarbonate 1 tsp  rapeseed oil 1 tsp

Just before pouring the dough into the oil-greased mold, mix in a teaspoon of soda.

5. 

gooseberry 1.75 oz (50 g)  blueberries 1.75 oz (50 g)

Decorate the surface with fruit and press it with the palm of your hand into the surface of the dough.

6. 

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
