Caramelized bananas with rum sauce

rum¼cup60milliliters
sugar granulated3.5oz100grams
unsalted butter2.75oz80grams

1. 

unsalted butter 2.75 oz (80 g)

Melt butter in a pan.

2. 

banana 1.8 lb (800 g)

Add peeled bananas and fry them on both sides.

3. 

sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g)

Sprinkle sugar, stir gently until the sugar becomes caramel.

4. 

lemon-juice 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Add lemon juice...

5. 

rum ¼ cup (60 ml)

... and rum and reboil shortly.

6. 

Serve and decorate with fresh mint.
