Winter punch from white wine

1. 

water 1.3 cup (300 ml) • sugar granulated 3.5 oz (100 g) • cinnamon sticks 2 pcs • ground star anise 3 pcs • whole cloves 10 pcs

Bring water, sugar and spices to a boil.

2. 

white wine 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Add wine and warm up (it must not boil).

3. 

rum 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • lemon-juice

Put aside from the heat, add the lemon juice ...

...and rum.

Add peeled lemon, sliced into thin rings. You can serve hot.
