Sweet smelling, taste-balanced, conscientiously prepared ... simply-fantastic homemade punch, that traditionally belongs to Christmas.

1. 

water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Bring the water in the kettle to boil.

2. 

sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)

Put sugar into the pot (about 3 tablespoons) and let it slowly caramelize.

3. 

fruit tea 1 pc

Pour hot water over the fruit tea and let it infuse during the sugar caramelizes. Pour tea over caramel.

4. 

cinnamon sticks 2 pcs  ground star anise 3 pcs  whole cloves 10 pcs

Add spices. Cook for 5 minutes.

5. 

lemon-juice 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  orange juice 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Extract the juice from one lemon and two oranges. Pour into the pot ...

6. 

honey  1.75 oz (50 g)

... and add honey (3 tablespoons).

7. 

red wine 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Add wine ...

8. 

rum 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

... a rum. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.

9. 

apples 1 pc  pear 1 pc

Cut apple and pear into small pieces.

10. 

You can add part of it to the pot, or divide the fruit into cups and pour the punch.
