Recipe

1. 

sugar cane 5.25 oz (150 g)

Let the sugar caramelize on low heat.

2. 

water 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Add hot water, ...

fruit tea 2 pcs

...tea bags and remove from the heat. Let it infuse for about 8 minutes. Remove the tea bags....

4. 

cinnamon sticks 2 pcs  ground star anise  whole cloves 10 pcs  red wine 3.2 cup (750 ml)

...add whole cinnamon, anise stars and cloves. Pour the wine and bring it almost to a boil (it must not boil).

5. 

orange juice ¾ cup (200 ml)

Remove from the heat and pour orange juice, ...

rum 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Griotte - sourcherry liqueur 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

... and cherry liqueur.

8. 

sourcherry compote 14 oz (400 g)

Drain the cherry compote, take the cherries and cut them in half.

9. 

orange 1 pc

Add the appropriate amount of cherries to the punch together with the wheels of the washed, sliced orange.

10. 

Pour into cups (250-300 ml) and garnish with cinnamon and orange slices.
