walnuts0.75oz20grams

 

Recipe

1. 

beetroot 15.25 oz (430 g)

Wash the beet and cook with its hull until it is soft.

2. 

After cooling down, peel the beet finely with a knife.

3. 

olive oil 2 tbsp

Cut the beet in wheels and put them on the bottom of a greased baking dish.

4. 

Feta cheese 7 oz (200 g)  walnuts 0.75 oz (20 g)

Crumble the cheese and a handful of crushed walnuts on the beetroot wheels.

5. 

Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
