Recipe

1. Preparation and cooking of the cabbage

red cabbage 1 pc  onion 2 pcs  sugar granulated  crushed cumin  olive oil  vinegar  salt  water ¾ cup (200 ml)

Salt chopped cabbage and set aside so it becomes lightly tender. Saute in oil 2-3 chopped onions. Add chopped cabbage, sauté for a few moments, add water and braise for 1-2 hours. Mix it ocasionally and season with vinegar, sugar, caraway and salt. After seasoning braise it for a while and mix thoroughly.

Cabbage prepared this way is suitable as a side dish for roasted duck, roasted scrag end, dumplings, dampers and any dish chosen to your fantasy.
