salt 1.5 tsp • sugar granulated 2 tbsp • ground caraway 1 tsp
Add cabbage, salt, sugar and caraway to the onion.

bay leaf 2 pcs • water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)
Add potatoes, bay leaf and water. Stir and cook for 20-25 minutes (until the potatoes are soft).
