Fantozzi's tomato soup
Italian style Tomato soup with basil and Parmesan cheese.

1. Preparing tomatoes
tomatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)
Pour tomatoes into the hot water and cold water for 1 min. Peel and cut them into squares. You may get rid of the seeds.
olive oil 2 tbsp • garlic 2 cloves • bay leaf 1 pc
Roast garlic and bay leaf in oil for a few minutes. Add the tomatoes, water and cook for 20 minutes.
salt 0.5 tsp • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • basil
Add salt, pepper and chopped basil leaves. You can puree it after cooking.
parmesan 1 oz (25 g)
Serve it with grated Parmesan cheese and basil leaves for decoration and taste.
