Salad full of vitamins, great as a main dish for vegetarians or non-vegetarian lunch, as a side dish to roast chicken.

Sterilized chickpeas400g

sterilized chickpeas 14 oz (400 g)  green olives 5.25 oz (150 g)

... add drained chickpeas and olives. Mix.

olive oil 4 tbsp  lemon-juice 2 tbsp  honey  1 tbsp  salt

Mix oil with lemon juice, honey and salt.

Tear basil leaves in the salad and pour it over with dressing. Mix.

Salad as a side dish to roast chicken.
