1. Tomatoes and cucumber

tomatoes 7 oz (200 g)  english cucumber 7 oz (200 g)

Wash tomatoes and cucumber, cut them into cubes.

2. Preparation of Chinese cabbage

chinese cabbage 7 oz (200 g)  salt  pumpkin oil 2 tbsp

Chop Chinese cabbage and season it with a little salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes, then put it to tomatoes with cucumber, sprinkle with pumpkin seed oil and stir.

3. Cheese, seeds

Feta cheese 7 oz (200 g)  sunflower seeds 1 oz (30 g)  sesame seeds 0.75 oz (20 g)

Cut salty cheese into cubes, add seeds and gently stir everything together well.
