Chicken with turmeric recipe-

corn salad (lamb's lettuce)1.75oz50grams
english cucumber5.25oz150grams
lemon-juice1tbsp1tablespoon
onion1.75oz50grams
quinoa7oz200grams
salt0.5tsp½teaspoon
tomatoes8.75oz250grams
water2.1cup500milliliters

1. 

quinoa 7 oz (200 g)

Rinse the quinoa under the running water through the sieve and let it drain.

2. 

water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  salt 0.5 tsp

Pour the quinoa into the boiling salty water and simmer over the medium heat under the lid for 15 minutes. Remove from the fire and let it finish in covered saucepan for 10 minutes.

3. 

Uncover, blend and let it cool.

4. 

corn salad (lamb's lettuce) 1.75 oz (50 g)

Wash the lamb's lettuce under the running water through the sieve.

5. 

onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  tomatoes 8.75 oz (250 g)  english cucumber 5.25 oz (150 g)

Peel the onion and cut into the thin half moons. Wash the tomato and cucumber, cut into the cubes.

6. 

avocado oil 3 tbsp  lemon-juice 1 tbsp

In a bowl separate onion and blend with oil and lemon juice.

7. 

Add prepared vegetable, gently tear lamb's lettuce and blend it.

8. 

Blend the quinoa into the vegetable. Serve with the olives.
