Christmas chocolate tartlets


Recipe for small Christmas delicacies from puff pastry with delicate cream.

1. Dough preparation

pastry flour / soft flour 13 oz (370 g)  baking powder for gingerbread ½ pk  unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  powdered sugar 4.25 oz (120 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  lemon peel

Use all the ingredients to work the dough.

Cut rounds of dough and bake them in the greased baking tin 10 minutes at 355°F (180°C).

3. Cream preparation

powdered sugar 3 tbsp  vanilla sugar 1 tbsp  unsalted butter 4.5 oz (125 g)

Blend softened margarine or butter with powdered and vanilla sugar until smooth. Use such prepared cream to stick the rounds together.

4. Decorating

chocolate topping 3.5 oz (100 g)  icing decorations

Dip such prepared tartlets from one side into the chocolate topping. Decorate with colorful sweet sprinkles or nuts.
