Recipe

1. 

white cabbage

Wash a smaller head of cabbage and cut into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Cut it with the middle part that will hold the cabbage together after baking. Do not consume the middle part.

Put the cabbage on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and drizzled with oil. Drizzle cabbage with oil, add salt, a little sugar and caraway. Finally, add vinegar. Bake at 1240°F (670°C)F (670°F (670°F (355°C)C)) F (670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)) C) for 25 minutes.
