Cabbage salad Coleslaw
Favorite cabbage salad with mayonnaise. We offer a very tasty recipe for one of its versions. We serve it as a side dish to meals from meat. All the participants at our house party appreciate when we serve it for a buffet meal.

white cabbage 1.4 lb (650 g)
Finely chop the cabbage.
salt 1 tsp
Put it in a bowl, season with salt and let it rest for half an hour.
onion 1.75 oz (50 g)
Peel the onion and chop it finely.
celery 7 oz (200 g)
Cleanse, rinse and finely grate celery and add it to the onion.
carrots 5.25 oz (150 g)
Cleanse, rinse and grate coarsely a carrot. Blend it to the celery and onion.
Squeeze the cabbage out of water well and mix it with vegetables. Add pepper, sugar and grape vinegar. Stir well.
mayonnaise 1.3 cup (300 ml)
At the end blend mayonnaise in. Place salad in the refrigerator and let it rest until the next day.
