Favourite vegetable salad from healthy red cabbage and vegetables.

ground black pepper0.5tsp½teaspoon
mayonnaise7oz200grams
onion2.75oz80grams
red cabbage1.8lb800grams
sour cream (fat 14-18%)8.75oz250grams
sugar granulated1tsp1teaspoon

1. 

red cabbage 1.8 lb (800 g)

Wash the cabbage, cut it into smaller pieces ..

2. 

... and grate coarsely in a food processor.

3. 

Salt the cabbage, stir and let it rest for half an hour. Then squeeze the juice out of it and strain it.

4. 

carrots 10.5 oz (300 g)

Clean the carrots, wash and grate it.

5. 

celery 7 oz (200 g)

Clean and wash the celery. Grate it like the carrot.

6. 

onion 2.75 oz (80 g)

Add carrot, celery and cleaned, finely chopped onion to the cabbage.

7. 

balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp  sugar granulated 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Add vinegar, sugar and pepper to the salad.

8. 

sour cream (fat 14-18%) 8.75 oz (250 g)  mayonnaise 7 oz (200 g)

Add cream and mayonnaise.

9. 

Mix well and let stand in the cold for 2-3 hours.
