Recipe

red cabbage 1.5 lb (700 g) • carrots 3.5 oz (100 g)
Clean the cabbage and carrots and grate them finely.

salt 0.5 tsp • ground black pepper 0.25 tsp • vinegar 1 tbsp • red onion 5.25 oz (150 g)
Add finely chopped onion. Season and mix in a larger bowl.

mayonnaise 14 oz (400 g)
Finally mix with mayonnaise. Let it rest in the fridge until the next day.
