ham 14 oz (400 g) • pineapple celery salad 1.3 lb (580 g)
Ham folded into thin strands, pineapple celery salad and (if you won´t get this salad, you can substitute it with sterilized celery and 250g of sterilized pineapple). We allow it to rest overnight.

tatar sauce 8.75 oz (250 g) • salt • ground black pepper
After cooling we season it to taste with salt and pepper. In the end we add a tatar sauce and stir it all together.
