Cleanse, rinse the leek and slice it into thin rings. Place it at the bottom of a deep bowl.

... and drained canned celery with pineapple.
Mix to combine mayonnaise and cream.
Pour cream mayonnaise over all layers of the salad and let it rest in the cold place, covered, until the next day.
On the next day stir the rested salad well and let it rest in the cold place for one more hour. We can serve it. Do not season the salad with salt or pepper!
