Cook broccoli for about 15 minutes until it becomes tender. Pour the broth out of broccoli into some other pot.
Blend broccoli with a hand blender, add vegetable salt and gradually pour the broth in until the soup has required density.
Soup is ready to serve. We can decorate it with one tablespoon of sour cream, a little bit of grated cheese or a leaf of some fresh herb.
