1. Cooking of broccoli
broccoli 7 oz (200 g)
Separate raw broccoli head into the smaller parts and cook till stems are tender (cca 15 minutes). Using of steaming pot for cooking of broccoli is ideal choice.
Cut the broccoli into the smaller parts so it has better contact with skillet and mildely fry in hot oil. Add salt and black pepper according to taste.
chicken egg 3 pcs
Pour beaten eggs over and blend so broccoli pieces are evenly covered with egg. You can serve with vegetable, eventually sprinkle with grated cheese.
