Put frozen shark steaks into the water with lemon juice. Soak them in the lemon water for 3 - 4 hours.
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and prepare the marinade.
3. Marinating shark steaks
Once the shark steaks are defrosted, remove them from lemon water and dry with paper kitchen towel. Brush each steak with marinade on both sides and allow them to rest in the cold place for few hours or overnight.
4. 1st option: Roasting
Pour in a pan adequate amount of oil and heat it. Add chopped garlic and onion (amount to your taste). Place in the pan shark steaks and roast them on each side for 5 minutes.
Serve with potato salad or boiled potatoes.
6. 2nd option: Frying marinated shark steaks
Coat the steaks in fine flour, egg and bread crumbs and fry in oil on each side for 5 minutes. Such variation is also very tasty.
Serve with potato salad.
