common carp  potatoes 2.2 lb (1000 g)  onion 2 pcs  garlic 3 cloves  salt  vegetable salt  bay leaf 3 pcs  dry white wine ¾ cup (200 ml)  water

Place salted carp onto oiled tray, garnish with potatoes cut into the circles, onion rings mixed with garlic cloves. Garnish with butter, slightly sprinkle with vegetable seasoning and pour white wine and water over according to need...
