barley groats 7 oz (200 g)
Wash the groats in water, drain and put in a pot.
Add salt, pepper, water and cook for 20 minutes under a cover. The water must be absorbed almost completely.
dried mushrooms 1.5 oz (40 g)
Wash the mushrooms and soak in water for 10 minutes.
Add drained mushrooms and fry for a while.
Put the groats in a bowl, add the mushrooms, mix and let cool.
potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)
Peel the potatoes, wash and grate into fine parts.
Mix half the potatoes with groats.
Spread the mixture on a well-greased baking sheet (42x32 cm).
Mix marjoram and cleaned crushed garlic in the other half of the potatoes.
Spread the potatoes on the first layer.
Bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.
Cut and serve.
