puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)  non-smoked cheese Parenica 3.5 oz (100 g)

Unroll the rolled up dough over the paper. Evenly spread the unrolled slovak cheese - parenica lengthwise.

2. 

Roll up the dough with parenica.

3. 

Cut prepared roulade into about 1-1,5 cm thick slices.

4. 

chicken egg 1 pc  salt

Place the paper from dough on the tray. Place individual pieces on the paper horizontally. Brush with the beaten egg, salt and bake in preheated oven until golden.
