Unroll the rolled up dough over the paper. Evenly spread the unrolled slovak cheese - parenica lengthwise.
Roll up the dough with parenica.
Cut prepared roulade into about 1-1,5 cm thick slices.
Place the paper from dough on the tray. Place individual pieces on the paper horizontally. Brush with the beaten egg, salt and bake in preheated oven until golden.
