tomato paste | 3.25 | tbsp | 50 | milliliters |
Recipe
1.
cheddar cheese 3.5 oz (100 g) • pork ham 7 oz (200 g)
Grate the cheese and cut the ham into wheels with a diameter of 7 cm.

puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)
Unroll the puff pastry rolled on baking paper, put it on a floured board and roll it out to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Cut out wheels of 7 cm in diameter.

Lay 3 wheels one behind the other.

tomato paste 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Spread with tomato puree, put 2 slices of ham and sprinkle with cheese.

Roll the wheels into a roll and cut in half.
6.
Place in a greased muffin mould, with cutted side down. Unfold the roses on top. Spread with beaten egg.
7.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 °C.
