Recipe

1. Preparation of mixture

Feta cheese 7 oz (200 g)  cottage cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  salt

Crumble Feta cheese into a bowl and mix it with herbed cottage cheese Season with garlic salt.

2. Filling

puff pastry 14 oz (400 g)

Use a rolling pin to spread the puff pastry until thin and cut it to create a net of the square shape. Put one coffee spoon of the mixture into each square.

3. Baking

Moisture edges of the dough with water and stick them carefully. Place dumplings on a baking tin lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven 15 minutes at 355°F (180°C).
