Cheese Roll with Broccoli

broccoli 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt ½ tsp

Cook the broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes, rinse, crash and let it cool.

2. Filling

puff pastry 14 oz (400 g)  sheep cheese 8.75 oz (250 g)

Roll out puff pastry and sprinkle with grated sheep cheese. Leave the edge to which the roll will be rolled clear about 8 cm wide.

Spread the broccoli over the sheep cheese.

Emmental cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Grate other cheese and sprinkle over the broccoli.

Brush the edges of pastry with the beaten egg and twist the roll firmly.

Replace it on the tray covered with baking paper and with skewer pierce the top well. Brush the whole roll with the egg, salt, sprinke with caraway and herbs according to taste. It is suitable to use herb salt with different flavors.

7. Baking

Bake in preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 35 minutes. After cooling, cut and serve.
