Recipe

1. Preparation of dough

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g)

Divide the dough into two halves. Roll one half on a floured board and cut into 9 equally wide strips with a knife.

2. Wrapping of sausages

pork sausages 18 pcs

Wrap the sausages, each separately, with a strip of prepared dough.

3. Baking

chicken egg  sesame seeds  semi hard cheese

Put the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet rinsed with cold water, prick with a fork. You can also spread them with a beaten egg and sprinkle with cheese or sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 735°F (390°C)F (390°F (200°C)) for 25 minutes.

4. Serving

Serve warm. As a side dish is a vegetable salad without dressing suitable.
