Gouda cheese6.25oz180grams

Recipe

1. 

puff pastry 9.75 oz (275 g)  tomato paste 4 tbsp

Unpack the puff pastry rolled on paper, put it on a floured board and roll it to a size of 40 x 35 cm. Spread with tomato paste so that the paste is 5 cm below the upper edge.

2. 

Gouda cheese 6.25 oz (180 g)  pork ham 5.75 oz (160 g)

Put slices of ham and slices of cheese on the paste.

black olives

Put olives on the lower edge.

Roll the dough with the filling slowly by first catching the olives ..

chicken egg

... and then you create a roulade. Spread the free edge with a whipped egg and roll.

Cut the roulade into 20 equal pieces.

oregano

Put on baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the snails with a whiped egg. Sprinkle with oregano.

8. 

Bake for 15 minutes at 210 °C.
