1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)  sugar granulated 0.5 tsp  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 1 tsp  sunflower oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Prepare leaven in warm milk with sugar. Pour flour in a bowl, add salt, oil and leaven. Knead the dough and let it rise.

tomato paste 1.1 cup (250 ml)  oregano 1 tsp

Mix tomato paste with oregano.

Use a rolling pin to spread half of the dough on floured board and brush it with tomato paste. Spatter with ketchup.

smoked pork ham 14 oz (400 g)

Place half of the measured ham.

5. 

champions 7 oz (200 g)  semi hard cheese 7 oz (200 g)

Evenly lay half of the field champions and half of the grated cheese on ham. Roll it up like a jelly roll.

6. 

Cut it into triangles.

7.

Line baking tin with parchment paper and place triangles on with the wide side down. Then brush them with beaten egg and bake until golden. Process the second half of the dough.
