Homemade, very tasty mini pizzas, better than from any bakery. They are suitable not only as an appetizer for a celebration, but also for a common day as a snack to work or for children to school.

1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.1 lb (500 g)  fresh yeast 0.75 oz (20 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp  salt 0.5 tsp  water 1.3 cup (300 ml)

Crush the yeast into the flour, add oil, salt and lukewarm water.

2. 

Knead the dough and let it rise for about an hour, covered, in a warm place.

ham 5.25 oz (150 g)

Cut the ham.

4. 

semi-hard cheese with 45% fat 7 oz (200 g)

Grate the cheese coarsely.

5. 

Roll the dough on a floured board to a thickness of about 1 cm and cut out wheels with a diameter of 12 cm.

garlic 2 cloves  sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Put the wheels on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Peel, press the garlic and mix it in oil. Spread the wheels with the garlic.

7. 

tomato purée

Put a spoonful of tomato puree on each wheel and spread.

8. 

oregano

Sprinkle with ham, cheese and oregano.

9. 

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C.
