1. 

semi skimmed milk 1,5% ½ cup (125 ml)  sugar granulated 0.25 tsp  fresh yeast 0.5 oz (15 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt 0.5 tsp

Prepare leaven in warm milk with sugar. Pour flour in a bowl, add salt.

... and leaven. Knead the dough and let it rise.

pear 5.25 oz (150 g)  blue cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)

Peel and grate a pear. Add grated cheese and stir.

Chop walnuts.

Use a rolling pin to spread the dough on a floured board. Place cheese and pear layer. Sprinkle with walnuts.

7. 

Roll the dough and cut it into triangles.

Line a baking tin with parchment paper and place on triangles with wide side down. Brush them with beaten egg, slightly season with salt and bake until golden.
