Recipe

1. 

pork thigh 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt  ground black pepper  olive oil 1 tbsp

Cut the pork meat into the smaller strips or medallions, slightly pound it, season with salt and black pepper, fry quickly in an oil on all sides, so the meat shrinks.

2. 

olive oil 1 tbsp  onion 1.75 oz (50 g)  walnuts 2.75 oz (80 g)  honey  5 tbsp  parsley leaves 1 tbsp

Take the meat out, heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the onion. Add walnuts broken into the smaller pieces and honey. Sprinkle with parsley leaves.

3. 

chilli pepper

Season with salt, black pepper, add pinch of chilli. Place the pork pieces back into the mixture of walnuts in the skillet, blend and serve.
