Recipe

1. 

pork thigh 8.75 oz (250 g)  olive oil 3 tbsp  ground garlic 2.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  ground red hot paprika 0.25 tsp  oregano 0.5 tsp  thyme 0.5 tsp

Wash the meat and cut it into strips. Mix the spices with olive oil and mix the mixture with the meat. Let it rest in a cool place for half an hour, or even longer. Then fry the strips of meat dry in a hot pan, at a higher temperature, stirring constantly for about 8 minutes.

Peel a cucumber for tzatziki and grate it. Mix with a little salt and let rest for 5 minutes. The cucumber releases the water that you pour. Peel the garlic, press, mix with the cucumber and yogurt. Season with spice.
