1. Preparation of yeast

instant yeast 2 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tbsp  water ¾ cup (200 ml)  flour medium 2.75 oz (80 g)

Make sourdough from sugar, yeast and water. Let it rise in a warm place for 10 min.

flour medium 14 oz (400 g)  salt 1 tsp  sunflower oil 1 tbsp

Knead the dough from sourdough, flour, salt and oil and let it rise for 2 hours.

3. 

Prepare the dough on a floured board. Divide it into two parts and make a bread from first part.

chicken egg 1 pc  sesame seeds  flax seeds

Brush it with egg and sprinkle with sesame and lin seeds. Bake until i tis golden brown at 355°F (180°C).
