rapeseed oil3tbsp3tablespoon

seasoning for fish2tsp2teaspoon

 

Recipe

1. 

fish fillets 14 oz (400 g)  salt

Let the fish thaw, wash and dry. Salt it.

2. 

chicken egg 1 pc

Beat the eggs in a deep plate.

3. 

breadcrumbs 4 tbsp  seasoning for fish 2 tsp

Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices.

4. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 4 tbsp

Cover fillet cubes in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

5. 

rapeseed oil 3 tbsp

Spread a little oil on the baking sheet and put the fish on it. Sprinkle a little oil on the surface of fish. Bake in a preheated oven at 895°F (480°C) F (480°F (250°C) C).

6. 

Bake for 15 minutes and turn the fish over.

7. 

Put back in the oven and bake for about 5 -10 minutes until crispy.
