1. 

strawberries 1.1 lb (500 g)

When preparing this dessert, you can use fresh or frozen strawberries. Let the frozen strawberries unfreeze.

2. 

egg yolk 4 pcs  powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)  egg white 4 pcs

Mix the yolks with the sugar into a foam. Whisk though whipped egg whites.

3. 

cocoa powder 0.5 oz (15 g)  sunflower oil 1.75 tbsp (25 ml)

Add cocoa and oil.

4. 

flour medium 2.75 oz (80 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1 tsp

Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the dough.

Stir in the egg whites snow two times (two parts).

6. 

Put the baking paper in a round form with a diameter of 28 cm and pour the prepared dough into it.

7. 

Bake at 355°F (180°C) 12 minutes. Let it cool after baking, remove the baking paper and put the dough back into the form.

8. 

unsalted butter 8.75 oz (250 g)  powdered sugar 5.25 oz (150 g)  cream curd 1.1 lb (500 g)

Whip the softened butter with sugar and add the cream curd.

9. 

Spread the cream curd evenly on the cocoa base and let it harden in cold place for at least 2 hours. Then spread the sliced strawberries on the cream.

10.

Prepare jelly according to the instructions on the packaging...

11. 

... and pour it on strawberries.

12. 

After 24-hour of hardening in the cold, remove the cake from the form, cut and serve.
