Recipe

1. Preparation of sponge base

chicken egg 3 pcs  powdered sugar 1.75 oz (50 g)

Mix the yolks together with the sugar in a bowl.

2. 

flour medium 2 oz (60 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp

Mix flour with baking powder in a small bowl.

3. 

Mix flour and egg whites into the yolk mixture alternately.

4. 

Pour the sponge dough into a greased and floured cake mould. Bake approx. 15 minutes at 670°F (355°C)F (355°F (180°C)).

5. 

strawberries 7 oz (200 g)

Put pieces of strawberries on the cooled base.

6. 

cake jelly red 0.75 oz (20 g)

Prepare the cake jelly according to the instructions on the package. Pour the still lukewarm jelly over the cake with strawberries. Put in the refrigerator and let for at least 4 hours in the cold to harden.
