Recipe

1. 

egg yolk 6 pcs  powdered sugar 2.75 oz (80 g)

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar into foam.

2. 

cocoa powder 1 oz (25 g)  water 1.75 tbsp (25 ml)

Add cocoa and water.

3. 

egg white 6 pcs  salt 1 pinch

Beat the egg whites until they are foamy.

4. 

flour medium 2.75 oz (80 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 1.5 tsp

Mix the flour with baking powder and add alternately with egg white snow to the yolks.

5. 

unsalted butter  flour medium

Pour the dough on a baking sheet (35x40 cm) greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

6. 

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.

whole milk 3.5% 2.5 cup (600 ml)  sugar granulated 5 oz (140 g)  vanilla pudding - powder 2.5 oz (74 g)

Cook thick pudding from milk, sugar and pudding powder. Let cool...

8. 

unsalted butter 5.75 oz (160 g)

... and whip the butter into the pudding.

9. 

cream curd 1.1 lb (500 g)

Add cold cream curd...

10. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)

... and whipped cream.

11. 

strawberries (frozen) 1.1 lb (500 g)  strawberries 1.1 lb (500 g)

It is suitable to use a combination of frozen (or canned) and fresh strawberries for the dessert. Thaw the frozen strawberries and pour part of the juice into a mug. Put the strawberries on the base, drizzle with the rest of the juice. Put fresh strawberries on this layer.

12. 

sugar granulated 1 tsp  corn starch 1 tsp

Add sugar, corn starch to the juice (100 ml) of thawed strawberries and cook a thick syrup.

13. 

Put cream on strawberries and garnish with thick strawberry syrup. Let it cool in the cold.
