Mix water and coffee substitute and prepare decaffeinated coffee according to package instructions and sweeten it with a little bit of honey.
Mix cream cheese with sour cream and honey.
Whip the whipping cream and stabilizer and stir it into the cream.

Mix coconut with one-third of the cream.
long biscuits (ladyfingers) 12.25 oz (350 g)
Quickly dip one-third of the long biscuits into the herbal coffee and place them into the form.
Spread one-half of the cream (without coconut) over the long biscuits, place second-third of the long biscuits dipped in the coffee, spread layer of coconut cream, place the last third of the long biscuits dipped in coffee and spread them with the remaining cream. Flatten it and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Cut it and sprinkle with sifted cocoa powder. Sprinkle each served portion with a little bit of sweetened cocoa powder.
