Recipe

1. 

ladyfingers 7 oz (200 g)  curd 1.1 lb (500 g)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 14 oz (400 g)  vanilla sugar 3 pcs  sugar granulated 4 tbsp

Place round biscuits at the bottom of the form (25x20cm or small tart form). In a bowl mix to combine curd, sour cream, vanilla sugar and granulated sugar.

2. 

tangerine compote 12.25 oz (350 g)

Carefully spread half of the prepared curd and sour cream mixture on top of the biscuits and equally place drained tangerines on the surface.

3. 

Again place biscuits on top of the tangerines and cover them with the second part of the cream.

4. 

cocoa powder (dring)

Sprinkle prepared dessert with granulated cocoa and let it cool well.
