|Dry curd cottage||500||g|
|Sour cream (fat 14-18%)||250||ml|
Work the dough out of flour, butter, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and let it rest for half an hour in refrigerator.
Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest and corn starch.
Place the dough into a baking tin and stretch it even on sides using your fingers.
Pour in cream cheese mixture.

Lay peeled halved peaches on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 60 minutes, until pastry becomes golden.
