1. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 8.75 oz (250 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  sugar granulated 1.75 oz (50 g)  salt 0.25 tsp

Work the dough out of flour, butter, eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and let it rest for half an hour in refrigerator.

dry curd cottage 1.1 lb (500 g)  sugar granulated 5 tbsp  corn starch 1.75 oz (50 g)  lemon peel  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  egg yolk 2 pcs

Mix cream cheese, egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, lemon zest and corn starch.

3.

Gently mix in foam whipped from egg whites and sugar.

Place the dough into a baking tin and stretch it even on sides using your fingers.

5. 

Pour in cream cheese mixture.

6. 

peach 1.1 lb (500 g)

Lay peeled halved peaches on top.

7. 

Bake in preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 60 minutes, until pastry becomes golden.
