Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter 3.5 oz (100 g)  sugar granulated 2.5 oz (70 g)  vanilla sugar 0.5 oz (12 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)  corn starch 1 oz (25 g)  baking powder for gingerbread 2 tsp  salt

Butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, fine flour, starch flour, baking powder and pich of salt - blend all together and work the dough.

Spread the dough on the greased and floured tray. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.

peach 1.1 lb (500 g)  cream curd cheese 14 oz (400 g)  sugar granulated 1 oz (30 g)

Meanwhile baking of the dough, wash the peaches, cut into the slices. Mix the cream cheese with sugar in a bowl.

4. 

Spread the fruit on the baked dough.

5. 

egg white 2 pcs  sugar granulated 1 oz (30 g)

Beat the egg whites until stiff, mix with the sugar. Incorporate sweet beaten egg whites slowly into the cream cheese.

6. 

ground cinnamon

Spread cream cheese filling over the peaches. Cover the cake with aluminium foil and bake for further 20 minutes. Let it cool. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon or cocoa.
